The process starts with a free introductory session to understand your needs and ensure that I will be able to help you. From there you can either book future sessions on a pay-as-you go basis, or contract a block of sessions against a discounted rate. Sessions are available online across timezones, or we can work face-to-face if possible.
Coaching is based on one-hour conversations but often develops to include self-guided practices and exercises, as well as reading, writing and sometimes creative work. Whether or not you use these additional tools is entirely up to you.
Sessions include email follow-up to connect you with resources, referenced material or networks.
